Winemaker : Riccardo Cotarella  100% Greco grapes. Cultivated on the hills of Benevento. 7 hectares of choice vineyards at between 300 – 400 metres asl, with south, south east facing and planted at a density of 3,500 plants per ha. Ageing in steel. Intense yellow color, aromas with scents reminiscent of apricots, pears, apples and ferns. Ripe fruit sensation offset by zesty acidity and minerals . (Greco of Campania  is a variety on it’s own. Could have been imported from Greece during the first millennium BC, arriving at port of Naples and working it’s way up north to the village of Tufo where it is now more specifically know as Greco di Tufo)
